Winnitex’s long term partnership with sustainable fiber organizations

Winnitex has announced that it will complete its renewal of the GOTS/GRS/OCS/RCS certifications by the end of August. This year marks the 12th year in which Winnitex has renewed these certifications, demonstrating its commitment to delivering sustainable products for its customers.

Winnitex has also announced that as of this month, it is a new member of Cotton Made in Africa (CMIA). Winnitex is a longstanding member of Cotton Inc., Cotton USA, SUPIMA, BCI, Cotton Leads, and US Cotton Trust Protocol.

GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certifies that organic fibers have been produced in a manner which is socially and environmentally responsible.

OCS (Organic Content Standard) is an additional certification of organic fibers and chain of custody. GRS (Global Recycled Standard) is a certification of recycled content, guaranteeing that it was produced in a socially and environmentally responsible way. RCS (Recycled Claim Standard) is an additional certification of recycled content.
