Winnitex is an integrated textiles group based in Hong Kong for 41 years, specializing in weaving, dyeing and finishing of cotton, linen, corduroy, woven, yarn-dyed and other cotton/mix fabrics.

We are a young company; yet we have a long history. Listed below are major milestones since the early 1960's:

1964    -	Formation of the 1st member of the group, Hing Fung Printing & Dyeing Factory Ltd., specializing in cold-pad-batch dyeing.
1978    -	Hing Mou Textiles Ltd., the 1st weaving mill of the group.
1983    -	Winnitex Investment Co. Ltd. was formed.
1989    -	Expansion of Hing Fung Printing & Dyeing Factory Ltd. through erection of a continuous dyeing mill.
1997    -	Investment of the 1st weaving & dyeing mill in China, Zhejiang Hing Fung Weaving, Dyeing & Printing Ltd.
2002    -	Investment of the 2nd weaving & dyeing mill in China, Zhejiang Qing Mao Weaving, Dyeing & Printing Ltd.
2003    -	Fouhang ( Shanghai ) International Trading Ltd., was formed as our trading arm in China.
2005    -	Winnitex Ltd. was incorporated to become the flagship of the group's fabric business.

Today, the Winnitex Group has developed into a textile specialist supported by over 3,000 strong employees. We have presence in major cities such as New York , Toronto , Shanghai , Hangzhou , Shenzhen, Bangalore , etc.

With such a long history and solid foundation already set, we are always prepared to improve, renovate and revolutionize to meet the challenges ahead.
